Diversity in Florida Public Power is FMEA’s newest member resource group. Our hope is that it will help to inform, encourage, and support initiatives across our membership that promote inclusion and equity for underrepresented groups within our workforce. We believe that by expanding the diversity of thought within our organizations, we become better able to serve our communities—which has always been at the heart of public power.
