Enterprise Architect - OUC

OUC - The Reliable One, an industry leader and the second largest municipal utility in Florida committed to serving the community and the environment, is presently seeking a Enterprise Architect to join the Technology division.

We are looking for an organized and communicative professional to identify, develop, implement and support strategic technology planning and decision processes across the Commission to support strategic priorities, alignment and efficiency through technology roadmaps, standards, and project guidance, while reducing risks. 

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business, solution, and technical architects across the Commission to facilitate technology transformation, optimization, planning and design activities; ensuring that the technology strategy and business direction are aligned and optimized while risks are mitigated.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology and Management, Information Technology, or related field of study from an accredited college or university;
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Sciences to include:
• Five (5) years of experience working with systems integration, design and architecture;
• Three (3) years of experience working as a technical lead on major projects;
•  Five (5) years of experience working on implementation and support projects for a variety of major systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into comprehended communications
• Active certifications in Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Cisco, Oracle or similar (preferred)

Salary Range: $112,674.78 - $140,844.34 (based on experience)
