Meter Data Ops Named Award Finalist

OUC’s Meter Data Operations (MDO) unit is in the running for the 2020 UAI Excellence Award for Best Innovative Utility Analytics Team.

Part of the Meter Services department, the MDO team led by Dawn Frye, Manager, gained a finalist spot based on its planning and deployment of the Meter Data Platform (MDP). The MDO team considers the cloud-based platform a game-changer in analyzing and managing data gleaned by OUC’s automated metering infrastructure (AMI).

The Utilities Analytics Institute (UAI) will announce award winners during Utility Analytics (UA) Week, Nov. 18-20.
