Cindy Miller LLC

After 27 years as an attorney at the Florida Public Service Commission, I started my own consulting firm. I specialize in projects relating to energy, regulation, telecommunications, legislation and local government. I look for projects with governments and with businesses. I am a senior fellow with the Public Utility Regulatory Conference (PURC). I am on the board of the Southern Chapter, Energy Bar Association, and co-chair of the Florida Bar Public Utilities Law Committee. I am a member of the Florida chapter of the Federal Communications Bar Association. I also served as Inspector General at the Florida Department of Management Services and worked in Washington, D.C. at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. I enjoy analytical work.
