Organization Overview

FGU is a municipal joint action agency that provides comprehensive and reliable natural gas services to its Members at a competitive price. FGU has 27 Members, comprised of 21 LDCs and 6 electric generation utilities, and covers the entire state of Florida.

FGU services include gas supply, capacity optimization, storage management, long-term discounted gas transactions (prepays), sales and marketing, public awareness, project management, operational assistance, rate studies, and many more. For more than 35 years, FGU has been the preferred provider for natural gas services to its municipal Members.
