Langston Construction
Organization Overview
Langston Construction Company is a 57-year old general contractor specializing in critical infrastructure, utility construction, and complex facility upgrades. Founded in 1969, Langston serves municipal and investor-owned utilities, industrial operators, and public entities with a focus on safety, reliability, and long-term asset resilience. Our energy portfolio includes substation construction and hardening, physical and perimeter security solutions, control building construction, and support for battery energy storage (BESS) and other grid modernization projects. Our crews are trained to work in live, regulated, and mission-critical environments (including nuclear), delivering projects safely while maintaining operational continuity. Langston also provides construction and upgrades for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, process systems, and industrial plant expansions. We routinely self-perform key scopes and apply disciplined project management to execute complex work with minimal disruption to active facilities. Safety is a core differentiator, supported by an exemplary EMR and award-winning safety culture. Our team combines deep field experience with strong project controls and a partnership-driven approach aligned with the long-term needs of utility and municipal clients. Langston is built to deliver resilient infrastructure that strengthens utility networks and protects the communities they serve.
