M. Johnston Consulting is a dry utility consulting firm. We work with developers around the state of Florida on new projects that either need utility relocations or temp and permanent services. We interface on their behalf with all the dry utilities. Our service includes helping to identify gaps and opportunities and establishing a strategic plan to help move your project forward.  We will work with you, your electrical engineering firm, architect, and GC to ensure you have the right design and can overcome obstacles that may come up.
