ORC Utility & Infrastructure Land Services, LLC (ORC U&I) is a sibling company of O. R. Colan Associates, LLC (ORC). Founded by Mr. Owen Richard Colan in 1969, ORC specializes in right-of-way acquisition, appraisal, relocation, and program management for land acquisition projects. We maintain a national staff of over 400 full-time right-of-way professionals, with our annual revenue averaging $35 million for the past five years.

We serve utility companies, including numerous nationwide electric service providers (transmission, distribution), along with various other regional and interstate utility providers, including gas, sewer, and water management. On average, we acquire 4,500+ parcels annually.
