FMEA’s Utility Award of Excellence honors FMEA member utilities that have distinguished themselves during the year for their exemplary system enhancement, improvement, investment or other innovative efforts to improve Florida public power.

Criteria and Selection Process: Nomination of candidates for the Utility Award of Excellence may be made by any FMEA Regular Member. Nominations can be made at this link. The Utility Award of Excellence is selected annually by the FMEA staff from the nominations received and based on their involvement in FMEA activities and is affirmed by the Board of Directors President. Any current employee or official of any Associate Member is eligible.
