Leverage HR (LHR) was founded in Columbus, OH in 2006 by Sapna Welsh and two other women with a commitment to helping organizations achieve their long- and short-term goals through leader and employee development. Since that time, our team has grown in size and our clients have grown from domestic to international, including both public and private organizations.
We deliver custom Leadership Development, Leader & Team Coaching, Diversity / Equity / Inclusion (DEI) and Organizational Effectiveness solutions.
