Manager, Power Plant Operations - OUC

OUC - The Reliable One, an industry leader and the second largest municipal utility in Florida committed to serving the community and the environment, is presently seeking a Manager, Power Plant Operations to join the Electric & Water Production division.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with utility plant operations and maintenance management experience. In this role, you will be responsible managing OUC’s Stanton Energy Center Electric Water & Productions unit, to ensure safe and reliable plant operations at the generation facilities while supporting environmental compliance and economical generation. We are looking for someone with strong financial acumen to develop and maintain O&M (operation and maintenance) budget and capital budgets.
