Clark, Urbanski, and Wells Sworn Into Office

On Monday, August 24, Utility Board members Mona C. Clark, Tim Urbanski, and Steve Wells were sworn into office by Key West City Clerk Keri O’Brien in the Chamber Room of the City of Key West’s City Hall on White Street.

Clark has served on the Board since 2004. She holds the distinction of being the first female elected to the Board and the first member elected by all voters within KEYS’ service area (Key West to the Seven-Mile Bridge).

Urbanski is a newly elected member of the Board.

Wells, originally elected in 2015, has served as Utility Board Chair since 2024.
