Florida Lineman Competition Cancellation Policies

  • Teams and Apprentices who cancel in writing before January 28, 2022, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a 15% administrative fee. Due to hotel and catering guarantees cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.
  • Sponsors who cancel in writing before January 28, 2022, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a 15% administrative fee. Due to printing costs and catering guarantees cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.
  • Exhibitors who cancel in writing before February 20, 2022, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a 15% administrative fee. Due to printing costs and catering guarantees cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.

FMEA Meetings Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refund requests are subject to a 15% non-refundable administration fee and must be received by FMEA in writing no later than five (5) business days before scheduled start of event or meeting. Because of hotel guarantee requirements, no registration refunds will be made after this date. No-shows will not be refunded. All registration and payment information are for FMEA use only and kept strictly confidential.
