The Florida Municipal Electric Association and JEA will host a Customer Operations Executive Roundtable in Jacksonville on Monday, April 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Each utility may designate one executive, leader, or head of Customer Operations to participate in this focused, peer-to-peer gathering. The roundtable will offer valuable opportunities for networking, discussion, and the exchange of best practices among Florida Public Power’s customer operations leaders. Lunch will be provided.
