Present Position and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for a 2,200 employee base organization to drive an Ethical culture to improve the work environment. As the Ethics Officer, I am responsible for developing and directing the JEA Ethics Program. I collaborate with executives and line managers to: integrate JEA values and compliance into daily operations; recommend and implement strategies to reinforce ethical business conduct; and ensure all company policies and procedures comply with regulatory rules at the city, state, and federal level and that they meet JEA’s Code of Conduct. Respond to all Ethics inquiries both internal and external. Manages and coordinates all components of the JEA Ethics Program. Appointed by the JEA Board of Directors.
