KUA Stands with Community During Federal Government Shutdown
As the federal government shutdown continues, Kissimmee Utility Authority recognizes that many customers, including federal employees and contractors, may be experiencing temporary financial hardship. KUA assures the community that the utility is here to help.
KUA has a long-standing commitment to supporting customers during difficult times. KUA understands that interruptions in employment can put stress on household budgets, and remains dedicated to working with those affected.

- Flexible Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements and extensions are available to help customers manage their bill. - Prepay Program
The new e-FlexPay program allows customers to prepay their electric usage gaining more control of when and how payments are made. For more information visit kua.com/eflexpay. - Good Neighbor Fund
The Good Neighbor Utility Assistance Fundis a voluntary customer contributory program that helps KUA customers experiencing financial difficulty pay their KUA utility bills in emergency situations. Funds are administered through the Osceola Council on Aging, to learn more visit, kua.com/assistance.
