Manager, Talent Acquisition - OUC
Leads, develops, and drives the implementation of strategic talent acquisition objectives to attract, select, and retain employees for OUC. Oversee the Talent Acquisition program and hiring process. Partners with internal business unit leaders and multiple external sourcing channels to enable talent acquisition solutions that provide diverse and high caliber talent pipelines. In collaboration with business unit leaders, resolves workforce challenges by helping to identify and implement creative solutions, effective selection tools to optimize current and future workforce structure. Implements workforce planning and analytics to determine gaps and trends, identify areas of opportunity, determine root causes and proactively make recommendations to the business to drive productivity and address human capital deficiencies.
