Production Assistant (Water Production) - OUC

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to support the daily operational and administrative functions that ensure the reliable production of safe, efficient electric and water service for our community.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production documentation, maintaining operational records, supporting compliance reporting, assisting with scheduling and work order tracking, as well as providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Certifications/licenses to be completed within the 1st year of hire:
• Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training
• Certifications/licenses to be completed within the 2^nd year of hire:

• State of Florida Class C Certified Water Plant Operator License
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License

Salary Range: Starting at $20.458 per hour (Estimated $42,552.64 annually) with a structured step progression system and performance-based pay increases every 6 months up to $26.282 per hour (Estimated $54,666.56 annually)
