Systems Administrator- Oracle Weblogic - OUC

The Oracle WebLogic Administrator for Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) Applications is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle WebLogic Server environments hosting OUAF-based applications, such as Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM). This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of these utility-specific applications in development, testing, and production environments while collaborating with development, database, and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study, from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree, equivalent combination of education, experience or certifications may be substitutable on a 1:1 basis;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing complex environments or advanced application experience with understanding of functional processes;
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus) integrated with OUAF applications.
• Preferred (or Willing to learn): Knowledge of OUAF-based applications (e.g., CC&B, MDM) deployment and administration.
• Expertise in WebLogic Server administration, including domain setup, clustering, and performance tuning for OUAF applications.
• Experienced installing and maintaining J2EE applications
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, database administrators, and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex issues in WebLogic and OUAF environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage production incidents effectively.

Salary Range: $79,369.00 - $99,211.54 annually (Commensurate on experience)
