What you will do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and candidate touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and external partners—including staffing vendors and MSPs, to support workforce planning and hiring operations.
- Manage job postings, assist with outreach, and support local hiring events.
- Facilitate pre-employment screening and onboarding activities, including background checks, I-9 processing, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain candidate and employee records within ATS and HRIS systems with precision and confidentiality.
- Support temporary staffing coordination, ensuring seamless onboarding and proper assignment tracking with vendor partners.
- Respond to internal inquiries, assist with recruitment reporting and analytics support team’s process documentation.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (1:1 substitution accepted)
- 3+ years of HR administrative experience, including at least one (1) year supporting recruiting and onboarding
- Proficient applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is preferred
- Experience supporting temporary staffing coordination or working with a Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus
- Deep understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation processes
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements

Salary Range: $23.84 - $29.80 per hour (estimated $49,587.20 - $61,984 annually)
