What you will do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and candidate touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and external partners—including staffing vendors and MSPs, to support workforce planning and hiring operations.
  • Manage job postings, assist with outreach, and support local hiring events.
  • Facilitate pre-employment screening and onboarding activities, including background checks, I-9 processing, and documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records within ATS and HRIS systems with precision and confidentiality.
  • Support temporary staffing coordination, ensuring seamless onboarding and proper assignment tracking with vendor partners.
  • Respond to internal inquiries, assist with recruitment reporting and analytics support team’s process documentation.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (1:1 substitution accepted)
  • 3+ years of HR administrative experience, including at least one (1) year supporting recruiting and onboarding
  • Proficient applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is preferred
  • Experience supporting temporary staffing coordination or working with a Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a plus
  • Deep understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation processes
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • A collaborative mind set, high attention to details, and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Salary Range: $23.84 - $29.80 per hour (estimated $49,587.20 - $61,984 annually)
