2024 Hurricane & Storm Preparedness Forum
Code of Conduct | Cancellation Policy
Join us for the annual FMEA Hurricane & Storm Preparedness Forum on April 30 and May 1 in Daytona Beach. Our Hurricane & Storm Preparedness Forum brings together public power utilities in Florida to share knowledge about keeping their customers safe and the power on during a severe weather event.
During the forum, Florida municipal electric utility employees share information and tips on how to prepare for and recover from a hurricane or severe storm in the state. Held in advance of the 2024 hurricane season, the forum will include discussions on topics such as mutual aid and logistics planning, FEMA documentation, utility preparedness and a 2024 storm season outlook.
